We slow smoke our pork shoulder and beef brisket over hot oak coals for hours to seal in that special smoked flavor. We mix our own house-made vinegar-based sauce. And we use North Carolina products whenever possible to produce the awesome sides that accompany our delicious BBQ.
We’ve designed our dining room in the style of an old fashioned diner. Sit at the counter and jaw with the proprietor or fill up a booth and prepare yourself for some good honest comfort food.
