We slow smoke our pork shoulder and beef brisket over hot oak coals for hours to seal in that special smoked flavor. We mix our own house-made vinegar-based sauce. And we use North Carolina products whenever possible to produce the awesome sides that accompany our delicious BBQ. Open Monday - Saturday 12 pm - 8 pm
